Hockey Victoria is pleased to advise the hockey community that all dates for the 2011 HV Winter Competition have now been finalised and are published in the 2011 Hockey Victoria calendar.

Round 1 for all competition sections will commence as follows:

Underage competition on Friday April 1,
Openage competition on Saturday April 2
Overage M&W Veterans competition on Monday April 4
Overage SuperVeterans competition on Wednesday April 6

The 2011 competition commencement dates are a lot earlier in 2011 than they have been in the past - due to Easter being so late.  Players should note that there are some early bye rounds in the competition due to Easter and the Term 1 School holidays falling inside the competition season. As well as those two byes there will also be the usual Queen’s Birthday bye and the JSC bye.

Until the HV Competition fixture is published, we urge all members to refer closely to the 2011 HV Calendar for all the round dates and finals dates.

Apart from the competition dates the calendar also lists the 2010 AGM, all HA and HV Events and Championship dates as well as other significant dates and events.
